Entrepreneurship at Cronkite

Why get a job when you can create a job? At the Cronkite School, media leaders and seasoned entrepreneurs help learners launch and grow businesses, with many generating revenue well before graduation.

Dedicated media entrepreneurship courses teach students business basics, explore the media product landscape and gain confidence in pitching and selling. Hands-on experiences enable students to develop their businesses in real time, including the New Media Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab, and the Los Angeles Content Studio. Students enjoy the mentorship of experienced faculty, and support services across ASU including the J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute, and Venture Devils, a community just for student entrepreneurs offering mentorship, support services and access to funding opportunities.
