First Amendment Forum
Maximum Capacity: 180 theater style; 108 round banquets
The First Amendment Forum is located on the second floor of the Cronkite School. This space is flexible and can be configured to sit up to 180 people theater style. The First Amendment Forum has a small stage, podium and a 16-foot by 9-foot high-definition television screen.
Note that the First Amendment Forum is not an enclosed space. It is surrounded by other classrooms and has regular activity around it. The First Amendment Forum is to remain open to ASU and the general public at all times. Access to the space may not be restricted during an event.

Description: Small conference room that overlooks the First Amendment Forum. Room has a long table in the center of the room and a credenza along one of the walls. Room has one whiteboard that is covered if projector is in use.
Available Set Ups: This room cannot be reconfigured. A maximum of two 6ft tables can be set up outside of room to accommodate catering.
Available A/V: One computer that is connected to a projector. Conference phone. Webcam

The Cronkite Executive Boardroom, room 444
Maximum Capacity: 60 (32 around boardroom table, with additional 30 along walls of room)
Description: Large conference room with long table in the center of the room.
Available Set Ups: Table in room can not be reconfigured. Chairs along the walls of the room may be removed. Catering can be set up along one of the walls of the room or in a small lounge space adjacent to the room.
Available A/V: An high-definition projector and screen is at front of the room and a drop-down TV screen display is available to allow people seated in the back of the room to view presentation. Lav mic and webcam.
