The National Center on Disability and Journalism at Arizona State University is partnering with the Zero Project, a non-profit disability rights organization based in Vienna, Austria, for a virtual discussion about how disability - and people with disabilities - are covered in the media, both in the U.S. and other countries.

Arizona PBS was the first public television station in the country to launch a Next Gen TV ATSC 3.0 program stream beginning in January 2019.

Scripps Howard Foundation

The fellowship program, established in 2020, underscores the Foundation’s commitment to the Howard Centers for Investigative Journalism and the professional development of emerging investigative journalists.

Workhouse Media CEO, Paul B. Anderson, Establishes Shaufler Prize at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University— an annual cash prizes to recognize journalism that advances understanding of marginalized communities.

The gift will support four annual cash awards to honor journalism that promotes the understanding of issues related to marginalized communities including communities of color, immigrants and LGBTQ+.
