Join the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication as The National Center on Disability and Journalism (NCDJ) recognizes nine journalists working in digital, print, audio and broadcast media who have amplified coverage devoted exclusively to disability conditions through the 2023 Katherine Schneider Journalism Award for Excellence in Reporting on Disability and for the second year, NCDJ will also present the Gary Corcoran Student Prize for Excellence in Reporting on Disability.

Pauline Arrillaga, executive director of NCDJ and professor of practice at the Cronkite School, will host a discussion diving into the submissions from local and international contestants in investigative journalism reporting. Click here to RSVP.
