What's Good: Black Men's Wellness Town Hall

On behalf of co-hosts Dean Battinto L. Batts Jr. of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication and Associate Dean Olga Davis of Barrett, The Honors College, we would like to invite you to the following event – “What’s Good?: Black Men’s Wellness Town Hall.” This event is free and open to all with registration – on Oct. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the First Amendment Forum, 2nd floor of the Walter Cronkite Building, Downtown Phoenix campus (555 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004).

Highlighting the power of dialogue and in the spirit of a town hall meeting, this event brings together ASU and community-engaged partners for an impactful discussion of Black Men’s health and wellness. Please join us as we address health disparities in our community with individuals on the front lines of healthcare, education, and racial equity. Refreshments will be served with information booths and blood pressure screenings available for attendees.

Please register for the event here (https://specialevents.asu.edu/blackmenswellness) and spread the word to your respective units. There also will be an opportunity for individuals to attend virtually.
