Cronkite School faculty member Amanda Crawford moderates a public discussion about the effectiveness of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office on topics including spending, civil rights and crime suppression efforts. Panelists include Clint Bolick, director of the Scharf-Norton Center for Constitutional Litigation at the Goldwater Institute; Doris Marie Provine, professor at ASU’s School of Justice and Social Inquiry; Randy Parraz, co-founder of the Maricopa Citizens for Safety and Accountability Coalition and Paul Gilblin, formerly of the East Valley Tribune. This discussion is open to all ASU students, faculty and staff. Please present ASU ID for admission.
