Wednesday, April 20, 2016 - 6:30pm

ESPN “Monday Night Football” Director Chip Dean, who is a member of the Cronkite School’s Alumni Hall of Fame, offers an insider’s look at the iconic NFL telecast. The 1977 Cronkite graduate sits down with Cronkite Assistant Dean and moderator Mark Lodato to examine one of the most innovative telecasts in all of sports.

Dean joined ESPN in 1979, just two months after the network’s launch. He is the coordinating director in the company’s event production department. Previously, he worked on “Sunday Night Football” from 2001-2005 and moved to one of the top positions in the industry in 2006 as director of “Monday Night Football.”
