Leaders of the Asian American Journalists Association, Native American Journalists Association, the National Association of Black Journalists, the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ Journalists gather for a discussion on diversity and its impact on the coverage and outcome of the 2020 Election.

Representatives from each organization include:

  • Sharif Durhams - President, NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ Journalists
  • Shondiin Silversmith - Member, Native American Journalists Association
  • Nora López - President, National Association of Hispanic Journalists
  • Dorothy Tucker - President, National Association of Black Journalists
  • Michelle Ye Hee Lee - President, Asian American Journalists Association

Vanessa Ruiz, director of diversity initiatives and community engagement, will moderate the discussion and Q&A.
