Paying for Graduate School

All applicants for the Cronkite School’s Master of Mass Communication degree program also are considered for graduate assistantships. Each year, the school awards assistantships to its top applicants. Students receiving assistantships receive tuition, student health benefits and a stipend. No separate application is required. Both international and domestic students are eligible for assistantships.

Graduate students also are eligible to apply for the Tom and Helen Tarbox Scholarship and the Phoenix Press Box Association Scholarship, which is awarded each year.

Financial Aid
Many graduate students receive financial aid from ASU to assist in financing their education. More information can be found at http://graduate.asu.edu/financing.
