Use this form to submit a petition to the Cronkite School Standards Committee. The standards committee makes decisions regarding exceptions to academic and university policies. This form should be submitted to the Cronkite School office, Cronkite 302 or faxed to 602.496.7041.

Overload Petition:
Use this form to request allowance to register for more than 18 credit hours per semester. This form should be submitted to the Student Services office, Cronkite 222 or faxed to 602.496.7041

Medical/Compassionate Withdrawal:
