ALMA High School Journalism Workshop
ASU’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication will host the 16th annual ALMA High School Multimedia Journalism Workshop on March 1, 2013. Members of the Arizona Latino Media Association will join Cronkite faculty and staff to put on the one-day, interactive multimedia journalism workshop for Arizona high school students interested in journalism. Students will cover news events, write stories, record TV stand-ups and create Web pages under the direction of professional journalists. Prizes will be awarded to students as part of a deadline writing competition. For more information, contact Anita Luera at anita.luera@asu.edu or 602.496.5477. |
