Thirty fellows – 16 journalists and 14 professors – will participate in four days of intensive study in business journalism as part of Reynolds Business Journalism Week Jan. 2-5.
The fellows will attend concurrent seminars at the Cronkite School, where the Donald W. Reynolds National Center for Business Journalism is headquartered. Journalists in the Strictly Financials Seminar learn how to dissect financial statements and SEC documents. Prospective business journalism professors receive training in how to teach a university-level course in business journalism.
Coverage of the week, including a keynote address at 9 a.m. Jan. 2 by Pulitzer winner Raquel Rutledge, can be found at BusinessJournalism.org.
