Cronkite School National Board of Advisors

The Cronkite National Board of Advisors comprises nine alumni spanning seven decades of journalism education. The board advises the dean and assists in fundraising, planning an annual school event to commemorate school namesake Walter Cronkite and selecting inductees for the Cronkite Alumni Hall of Fame.

The board’s founding chair is 1979 alumnus Craig A. Newman, a partner with Richards, Kibbe & Orbe LLP in New York and a member of the Cronkite Alumni Hall of Fame.
