Federal program aims to keep OHV riders on trails

A plan by federal agencies to keep off-highway vehicle riders on designated trails is one of three programs in Arizona to curb damage from OHVs. Under the plan, the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management are developing maps of where OHV users can and can't ride.
