Napolitano declares Emergency Preparedness Month

Gov. Janet Napolitano declared September "Arizona Preparedness Month," urging local governments, businesses and families to plan what they would do in an emergency. At her media availability on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, Napolitano discussed preparing for emergencies and Arizona's response to Hurricane Gustav.
