Combined Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree

The Cronkite School is one of only a few schools in the county that offers an accelerated bachelor's/master's program giving students the opportunity to earn both their bachelor’s and master’s degrees in five years.

The 144-credit program gives students real-world experience in today’s rapidly evolving media industry. Students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of professional training experiences, including Cronkite News Service, Cronkite Sports, Cronkite NewsWatch and the New Media Innovation Lab.

The first 120 credits go toward the student’s bachelor’s degree. The remaining credits are for the master’s degree. Students interested in the program can learn more by visiting the links to the right.
